Thank you for taking the time to learn about Custom Building Solutions.  We are custom builders located on Lady's Island in Beaufort, SC.  Our primary focus is building top quality, extremely energy efficient custom homes and additions.  While new construction is a large portion of our business, we also specialize in residential and light commercial remodeling as well as install Closed Cell Spray Foam insulation and provide energy and design consultations.

While Energy Efficiency is important to most people, it is a passion of ours.  Our goal is to build the most energy efficient buildings as possible without sacrificing the style or the budget.  We have developed a building envelope that far exceeds all building codes and will provide you with lasting comfort and savings.  There are many building techniques and products that create our high performance building envelope, but there is nothing more important than the insulation we use.  Closed Cell Spray Foam insulation is the cornerstone of our system.  This insulation is far superior to all other insulation products on the market because of its ability to provide a complete air barrier, moisture barrier and a true thermal break.
